Account Creation
NOTE: Account creation has been DISABLED to prevent unauthorized access. If you need access, contact User:admin. Only admin can set up access.
Administrator, make sure you are logged in and then follow this simple step to create the accounts.
- Go to Special:Userlogin, when logged in as a sysop.
- Click on "Create an account" to get to the account creation form.
- Enter a user name and an email address, and click the "by email" button.
- The account will be created with a random password which is then emailed to the given address.
Account Management
NOTE: in order to create an new administrator, you need the administrator create an account first and then use Special:UserRights to promote the new account to administrator and bureaucrat.
Finding Existing Account
This is a list of ALL existing account names signed up within the wiki. If user forgot the name, find it here and then recover password via password reset.
Check Existing Contribution
In order to check the contribution of individual member, just go to this page: http://anatatorium.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/
Make sure you have their username and type it in the search box. If you don't know their username, find it in above section
Merge and Delete Account
You can only access this page if you are an administrator.
Wiki does NOT allow deletion of users. However, you can MERGE it with ANOTHER user and then subsequently delete the old user.
Therefore, use this when you have duplicate account.
