   *  (Volume + Surface measurement)
     First need to know the unit size!
     Click dataset and then click on the 4th button and read off the UNIT length field (it's in meter!)
     so eg 0.001m = 1mm
     You can specify that when you first start as well when importing DICOM.
     Open Data ->
     in DICOM loader open OPTIONS and then UNITS then MM or CM
     seems to apply only to DICOM format... other format is more tricky...t
   * (Raw Data Parameters for SDT, SPR formats.)
   * SPR format contain the image dimension...
   * In amira 4, set Data Type to SHORT 1 and match the dimensions.
   * Requested HAVE to perfectly match the FILESIZE!
     Sometimes, use HEADER to substitu the differences. File size should always be bigger than the Requested size.
     Load MULTICHANNEL images (color images into Amira)
   * Confocal Microscopy Data Integration Investigation (COMPLETE)
   * Virtual Human Data Integration Investigation (COMPLETE)
         o Multichannel formats cannot be loaded (anything with more than just grayscale
         o Must be converted to grayscale beforehand in order to be used
         o Any format is in theory possible.
   * Load 4D TimeSeries Data (COMPLETE)
         o Load Time Series Data in Amira
         o Anything can be loaded as TIME SERIES!
         o Make sure whatever you select in Amira (.surf, .am...etc) are selected at the SAME TIME upon loading (eg. select 1.surf, 2.suf, 3.suf or 1.am 2.am 3.am together at the same time)
         o Amira treat those data as a SERIES of data with individual time coordinate.
   * Alignment of Anne and Jen's data (COMPLETE)
         o Successfully merged
         o Coordinate was preserved during DICOM importation
         o WARNING! Spacial coordinates are unlikely to be preserved for any other format though
