Project Information
Purpose:
- To provide a basic trainings site and demonstration of CRIPT technologies in OWL.
- To Demonstrate OWL construction technologies
- To WOW the audience without 3D for once
Proposal Deadline: 7th May
Development Deadline: 29th May

- Getting started - the basics of Amira
- Reading images - how to read images
- Visualizing 3D images - slices, isosurfaces, volume rendering
- Image segmentation - segmentation of 3D image data
- Surface reconstruction - surface reconstruction from 3D images
- Warping - how to work with landmark sets
- 3D image registration - how to register 3D image data sets
- Alignment of 2D Physical Cross-Sections - how to reconstruct a 3D model
- The DemoMaker module - creating animations with the DemoMaker module
- Creating movie files - how to use the MovieMaker module
